To book your Transportation Services, you can simply email your flight itinerary, dates of travel and hotel / villa name to airportbajatransfers@gmail.com or,if you prefer, from the home page click on “Book Now”, located below each of the transportation zones near the bottom of the page.

When you land, you will have to first visit Mexican Immigration, claim your luggage and then clear the “Red Light – Green Light” system. Once you are clear, walk outside of the terminal and look for your Airport Baja Transfers representative. He will be holding a welcome sign with your name on it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After clearing customs, you will be likely approached by Time-Share representatives before you reach your Airport Baja Transfers representative. They are not affiliated with your Ground Transportation in any way, so continue walking to the outside of the terminal to the designated Transportation area.

THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON FOR YOU TO GIVE ANY MONEY TO ANYBODY AT THE AIRPORT

At times, there are multiples flights landing at the same time and the airport can be very crowded, specially outside of the terminal where drivers wait for their clients. If for some reason you can’t find your driver, call us at +52 (624) 2424600 or email us at airportbajatransfers@gmail.com and we will find you.

Yes, we care about your safety and the safety of your children!, we will provide child seats at no extra charge, but you are always welcome to bring your own car seat/booster seat. Please request these ahead of time, so we will be sure to have them ready by the time you arrive at the airport.

In order for you to avoid extra charges assosiated with credit cards (Many charge international fees of 5%), we accept US Dollars and Mexican Pesos. If you prefer to pay with credit card, let us know and we’ll send you a Paypal Charge.
